    Bought last year from this seller with no problems when I bought again this year and order 3 bottles only received 1 bottle. I emailed the seller and they apologised and immediately sent out the missing 2 bottles so all's well that ends well. Yes my bottles arrived in good condition but a little bubble wrap might have been added protection to the plastic postage bag.

    Very good offer / price for these oils. Arrived super quick. Good quality. Seller has a good range of scents. The parcel condition was slightly damaged, but that was down to Royal Mail and their famous love and care of our packages... -_- I had to contact the seller, and they replied super quick and were very helpful. The appearance - Nice bottles, labelled clearly.

I ordered a peppermint, a lemon and an orange; no orange arrived, a lavender instead. I advised the seller accordingly, but no response as yet; l already had several lavender.

    Great budget way to buy a variety of essential oils, especially as they had rose in stock. I took advantage of the buy 5 , get three extra free. Came in sealed well labelled bottles. Sadly, the plastic postage bag split somewhere along the Royal Mail trail and I lost 5 bottles. Contact with vendor, who acknowleged with an apology and they quickly replaced. Good seller.
