Good but missing a few details
Overall a great unit. I've found it to be pretty accurate. Easy to use, nice and compact. Only things I don't like are:
1. There's no backlight. When I wake up in the middle of the night it'd be nice to be able to see what time it is.
2. Time of day is only hours and minutes/no stopwatch. When I'm working out I'm used to using my watch to time certain exercises and can't do that because I have no way of seeing seconds on this watch.
Other than the 2 problems though it's been great!
