Cost Efficient Alternative for 2013 Subaru Outback
I bought these lift supports because their size, price, and lifetime warranty. I used these lift supports to replace the original equipment lift supports in my 2013 Subaru Outback. I drilled & filed out the original mounting bracket ball/rivet. I replaced the mounting balls with ones in the hardware kit. I bought (2) 10 X 1.25 nuts and (2) washers to compete the installation.
The new struts support the tailgate and raise it an inch higher than before.

The caps are smaller fine thread caps and not compatible with Midwest fuel cans.

Good pump and great value
New pump and filter, all in one. Solves no-start situation, caused by low fuel pressure, when an original fuel pump and filter become worn and clogged, due to age, mileage, and contaminants.
