Antidote To All The Crazy In This Life - A Self-Help Book?
My sister bought me The Little Book of Calm. I found it charming & sweet, somewhat helpful. She then bought me The Little Book of Despair, which is absolutely brilliant & more helpful to me, as I am very quick to anger & despair, much slower to access calm. She & I spent many an hour reading this & roaring our heads off with laughter. "Save time, stop adding water to your coffee". "Well this day was a complete waste of make-up". The best one "you look like god made you as ugly as he possibly could, then smashed you in the face with a clawhammer"! It has hints & tips, lamentations & insults, I LOVE this wee book. If you are in need of a laugh & a fortifying feeling of not being so alone in your anger & despair, get it, you won't regret it. Awesome Action & Sometimes Scary Scenes
I love this film! The original tale is of course about Dr Frankenstein & his monster. This movie does not deviate from that story, it adds to it in a most entertaining way. The casting for me is just perfect, James McAvoy as the frequently-manic Frankenstein & Daniel Radcliffe, as his at first timid & later more confident rescued-from-the-circus assistant. They are fantastic together, their performances are engaging & they immersed me in the film with how they depicted their characters. The special effects are great, as I do like a bit of visceral imagery. The sets & costumes are reminiscent of a different place & time, very well done. Congratulations to all who worked on it. 10/10 & 5*.

Good Alternative to Nelsons Burns Ointment
As per title, I've used Nelsons Burns Ointment for decades. As kids, Pops always had a good stock of homeopathic medicines. Into adulthood I've also sworn by the burns ointment and many other remedies. Since the Nelsons Ointment has become HTF: as rare as rocking-horse poop, I've needed an alternative as good or better. This Acriflex is definitely as good and I am happy to recommend. I'd prefer to use a homeopathic remedy but this Acriflex is effective and now trusted. One thing to note is, be careful around white/ pale coloured clothing, I've noticed a yellow-ish cast on my skin where I put the Acriflex, it may transfer/ stain?
