DVD won't play on regular DVD players.

The DVD would not play on any conventional DVD player, and the instructions for making it work on a conventional player didn't work either.

Danco Chrome Handle Index Buttons for Price Pfister 80682

Not as expected.

I thought when it said "chrome" that they were metal pieces. However, they're plastic with a thin chrome finish.
