Item was very well packaged and when I saw Carrickfergus to Kent via Yodel I first expected to receive a pack of shattered glass! - there was no need to worry and arrived fully intact. A small discrepancy in quantity received versus that ordered was positively rectified within minutes of raising the issue = excellent customer service, thank you.
