A Great Performer!

I just finished testing one of these MOSFETs on the bench and I found it to be an original quality part with factory specs. I have used it as a final output transistor in a Cobra 25 LTD and when keyed up, it modulates (swings the needle) to about 30 Watts Peak. (That's after I made some peaking and tuning mods) I'm very pleased with the performance of these components.
