  Never received the item I have paid for after being told I was receiving them and that they was nearly ready to be posted. Poor communication when asking for a refund not had a reply back to any of my messages

  I am truly sorry. My email account was hacked in November and I was locked out of my Ebay account as a result. I have had no access to my account and trying to resolve since then. I have finally recovered my account today. It's been a total nightmare! I can only presume the email was sent from Ebay on my behalf and I fully understand your frustration.
