Simple, easy, yummy!
4 of 4 found this helpful The coffee tastes great, it is easy to operate, and when it brews 12 cups, it actually produces 12 cups. All of the newer makers brew 10, or even less. Simple to clean, with no compartments that require special treatment. No compartment to hold coffee inside, using a dispenser, where after a short while the coffee either starts to leak out, or get cold faster, and faster. I love going back to simplicity!!!

Helps relax my muscles
2 of 2 found this helpful I use it two times, on high, three times a day. It was able to get several knots out of the muscles below my shoulder blades, as nothing else could. Cheaper than a professional massage, and more dependable. My sole complaint is that it overheats too easily, and I live in the Northwest, with overall cooler temperatures. If you suffer from chronic back issues, and need deep massage therapy, but don't want to spend the money, time, or deal with strangers, this item is perfect. Oh, I have one more complaint; it should come with a car adapter.
