Good food lists but too many recipes
The book was not as good as I expected, too many recipes and not as much information on living with IBS. The lists of food to avoid were good however and will be useful. The book was also too “American” for me, I would prefer A UK book.

A great hair supplement for baby fine hair
A really good supplement for anyone with baby fine hair like me, I have only been taking the tablets for a few weeks but can already see a slight difference in my hair and I am sure it will improve more after 3 months of taking the tablets. Tablets were a good price and quick delivery.

Best Slow Cooking Book ever!
This is the best Slow Cooking book that I have read, and I have read quite a lot from our local library. I originally got this book at the library and I liked it so much, I wanted a copy to keep, so I was delighted to see it available via eBay. The recipes are simple, tasty and economical, just the sort of food I love! Lots of tips on using the Slow Cooker also which are helpful.
