Postage: as advertised, Parcel Force 48, tracked & delivered on time. Communication: it was communicated as to when the parcel would be posted (this was a very large parcel) & it was sent as discussed.   This person is an excellent eBay seller. The item arrived very badly damaged due to a failure on the internal manufacturer’s packaging. The sellers packing was excellent. This was really a bit of a no fault type thing, but obviously I was left with a smashed up model. The seller refunded a good chunk of the cost - entirely to my satisfaction - and basically did all he could. Very happy to recommend to anyone and will use again.
