  Good quality microwave, but with little damage in the side, and the back, no way to be damage while shipping, because packaging wasn’t damaged at that sides, microwave is working, but I prefer to know, when purchasing things damaged, because if it would be exposed, damage would be visible. I kept it, because it goes inside kitchen cabinet.

  I'm sorry to hear that. It is very new and never opened, so it must have been damaged in shipping. We have purchased extra insurance. If the box is damaged, please let us know.
