Good supplement for breastfeeding

After suffering from recurrent blocked ducts I started to take this lecithin as advised by the breastfeeding support. I am taking four capsules a day spread through meals. Since I am taking them I did not have any blockage lasting more than few hours, before they would last several days. I can't say for sure it is because of the lecithin but I will continue taking it until I stop breastfeeding. The only negative is that the capsules are quite big and therefore a bit uncomfortable to shallow. The price was the lowest I found and delivery was super quick. I definitely recommend it.
