Simply Brilliant
1 of 1 found this helpful We had a Bosch Athlet prior to buying the Dyson and because we didn’t know any different assumed it was the best available cordless vacuum. That was until it stopped working and Bosch UK were absolutely hopeless at offering help to investigate possible causes.
Every cloud has a silver lining and the Dyson is ours. It is better in every way than the Athlet, being lightweight manoeuvrable and easy to empty with terrific suction. We have a lot of hard floors and pondered whether we should pay extra for the “ Total” model, there is no need the V7 is fine.
One tiny, tiny constructive criticism is that you can’t stand it up mid clean, we have to lie it down or it falls over but that is a very small price to pay for such an excellent product.
