Great produxt
1 of 1 found this helpful Works quickly for me to help alleviate emotional symptoms of PMS and low mood. I really struggle with it in the winter alongside SAD and this has helped a lot. None of the horrible side effects as SSRI’s and doesn’t take getting used to / build up tolerance to and you don’t have to worry about coming off them quickly. Just take them consistently when you feel you’re having a rough patch and they really help me to level out and cope better. I can’t say that they are guaranteed to work for everyone but I’ve been using 5HTP when I feel I need to for a year now and I swear by it. Thanks so much!
