    Item arrived in a box for an electric carving knife. Upon opening it was obvious the item was not new. Contacted seller, and they asked for photos of what I received, which I sent. Never heard any more from them. Battery was not only used, but also faulty, so no use at all. Did a return and got full refund from eBay in the end. Don't like leaving negative feedback, but seller really dropped the ball on this one.
