I should have known!

I have tried inexpensive eye shadow before and have always regretted it as I do this one. It is to flakey gets all over her face does not apply well or stay on.

Not so good not so bad

I did not like the fact that the pencil tip is rectangle shape. I have few eyebrows, very narrow. It would have been better for me to find a tip that was small and round.
