  All was going ok, asked if they had any rips & was told no, all balls arrived with rips, was told to return but I wanted the balls so asked for a bit of discount off them as I was told no rips but they refused.

  Very confusing justification for the negative comment. After the footballs were received there was no question about a potential 'discounts'. After I offered the most convenient return, including courier collection, the seller decided to keep the footballs. I hope that giving me a negative comment made him feel better.
