  Feedback left too soon. Buyer did not read description or item specifics, accused me of sending them the wrong wheel and demanded a refund. They thought they were buying a clincher and not a tubular although item was clearly listed as a tubular in both title and item specifics. I do not have a return policy and that was also outlined in the specs. If people were kinder I would have tried to make it work. Disappointed.
