No complaints with the product, Does what it says.
But it seems Case though expensive is better alternative to cover.

Great BASS for movies, muffled for Music
Best thing is BASS.. it’s for bass lovers.
So, it’s good for TV and better for
Movies. Even with voice mode dialogues may be missed.
It’s not good for music, sounds muffled in surround mode.There is hardly any sound without surround mode.

Emptying is challenging , One has to take the bin box out and fix it. It is not a smooth process , takes some time.
Your hands would sure get dirty while cleaning it. Not sure, if it is Safe for Asthma patients to empty it.
It is Absolute the high end model , Still The fluffy attachment is not provided. It seems the fluffy attachment is best for hard surfaces.
Only 1 year Guarantee with Refurbished ones , but 2 years with new ones. One may think...
Screws (for wall hanging) are not provided.
