No-brainer upgrade - go for it.
Had an old 1st Generation i7 930 and time on my hands due to lockdown so decided to do something about it and found this supplier. Good price for the i7 975X, delivery arrived much earlier than quoted, installed it in minutes, in fact it was harder to re-install the CPU cooler, fired it up, worked first time. Ran "Performance Test" software and got a 20% overall improvement - all for 37 quid. Well satisfied and am toying with idea of going for an i7 990X 2nd Gen which my motherboard can support. Recommended.

Buy one whilst you can - you won't regret it.
This an an superb lens to complement the 18-135mm lens supplied with the Nikon D80. The 58mm object lens is sufficiently large to allow a good amount of light in and the vibration reduction works well even at maximum zoom.
The length of the lens necessitated the purchase of a slightly bigger carrying bag but so be it.
Picture quality is excellent throughout its zoom range.
All in all I would recommend this lens - you won't be disappointed.
