Overall, one of the best ebay purchases I've ever made!
Purchased at half the price of buying brand new, this refurbished product was in excellent condition - apart from some scratches on the back of the remote, which is not a problem. It works well and is so easy to use. The instructions did look a bit daunting at first, but in practice it really is a very simple product to use. It saves so much time and no more waiting for the adverts to come on during a film for a break - you can just pause or rewind back to the place you left off - brilliant! Really happy I purchased this and bought one for my 78 year old mum for christmas - who also finds it easy to use too!

Best hot water bottle ever!
When I've bought hot water bottles in the past, the covers have been so thick, you can barely feel the heat, but this bottle has a lovely warm and cosy cover with just the right thickness to feel the benefit of the heat – love it!

Comfy, warm, plus a good fit – perfect!
