Difficult to set up - but once set up works a treat.
Decided to purchase these due to the price - I had read that there were drawbacks with this system but still decided to go for them.
They arrived very quickly and I followed the instructions to set up the TRV's replacing my current manual valves. I needed to purchase spacer washers for most but not all of my radiators which were easy to find and install. Once installed only one radiator appeared to be working as it should and I discovered that I needed to screw the plastic retaining ring further onto the old valve assembly to get the system working properly - once this was done I have one radiator that still isn't doing as expected but all the others are now operating as they should.
I must admit I don't particularly like the App as some settings do not seem to be updating as I expect but I'm sure with time I can get used to this.
For the price paid I am more than happy with this product & would buy again.
