Does the job better than the built-in delay on an expensive multi-effects unit
I originally bought this to replace the delay feature of my BOSS ME-50. The ME-50 is a very nice multi-effect pedal, but the only thing I don't like about it is the way it does delay, at least the way I want delay to sound. I quickly discovered this pedal is an affordable way to get the sound I couldn't get on the ME-50.
Funny thing is, out of curiosity, I later bought a power supply to resurrect my old DigiTech RP200A, and the delay on that multi-effect pedal is as good as on the ammon. But the power supply alone was much more expensive than this pedal, led alone what the RP200A cost (I forget what I paid for it)!
Moral of the story: If you already have the other effects you want but want to add delay, this is an unbeatable choice for this price. Go for it.
