A Strange Brew
The CD comprises two albums which were. I think, the band' s third and fourth. Their second (Powerglide) contained two stunning tracks (California Day & Lochinvar) bur nearly every track on Gypsy Cowboy is progressively sensational in different ways as signaled by the sunburst opening to the album. But then Panama Red sees the band reverting to a menu of the sort of honky tonk drivel one hoped they had put behind them.
So Gypsy Cowboy is a jewel and you get Panama Red for free.

Comfort worth having
The appearance of size and bulk is deceptive; it remains in place on the saddle and no chafing; comfort with no downside.
