Better than pain meds for joints out of cartilage.
Almost no cartilage remains in my knee. Had shots, cortisone and hyaluronic acid. I roll on Cryoderm before bed and i sleep through the night. I do it again when i wake up and play racquetball and pickleball 5 days a week. NO PAIN MEDS!

Finally - an accurate projection alarm clock
After three abortive tries to replace my first projection clock, I have one. I didn't need the temperature, but have grown to like it. The date never did show correctly but we don't care.
For anyone who thinks all automatic clocks are correct, they are not. We had one which was always four minutes slow. The next kept losing time till it was 45 mins wrong, when we took it back. The third was always 13 minutes slow. This one has a nicely muted projection which is still clearly legible.

Lightweight. I love it.
1 of 1 found this helpful It is the first paddle I have owned. However, I play much better with it than with those I borrowed previously, both wooden and composite. This one is nice and light, which is good for my arthritic jolnts.
