  I was sent two mouth guards of good quality. However they were advertised as coming with instructions and a case, neither of which arrived. When I raised this with the seller they e-mailed me instructions but initially denied the wording of their own advertisement regarding the case. Finally they accepted that the wording was misleading. Therefore I feel justified in describing the seller as untrustworthy.
