Well constructed
These are a great buy. They are constructed well and they are a good size to do punches and kicks at. My husband teaches self-defense courses and these will come in handy because they are easy to transport and since they were so cheap we were able to buy five which will help with larger groups. It took a while for us to get them though so don't order if you are in a hurry.
