To answer your question — it wasn’t in our financial interest to send the items separately. Unfortunately, eBay’s order system didn’t automatically combine your orders or recognise that they were going to the same address when we processed them. As a result, we had to pay for postage twice. This isn’t our usual practice and, in fact, it slows down our dispatch process when eBay’s system doesn’t link multiple orders correctly. Kind regards, Sam
