Setting up challenges

The user's manual is extremely poor and virtually useless. The remote control bears no resemblance to the manual, hence it is a bit of a guessing game on how to set up the box and a number of buttons are inoperable. The screen display when trying to use the M/P function needs 20/20 vision. I managed to fathom out some of the functions and am receiving many Freesat channels but cannot get Sky news which I find strange.
