Super comfortable
This is my second pair of the Dakota. I have narrow feet and am a big fan of Munro American shoes. The Dakota has a very comfortable thick sole that distributes your body weight evenly. As with many Munro shoes, there is an insert that provides arch support. I highly recommend this shoe. True to size.

Not as good as other 10 minute solution workouts
