5 Lb. Hula Hoop
It does what it's supposed to do. I bought the 5lb. weighted hula hoop. One caveat, I got a few good-sized bruises from it and took about 3 days before I could do it again. It doesn't hurt that much any more, but if you're bony, be prepared
