1 of 1 found this helpful I weigh 110kg, and I needed a very big and sturdy bench with extra bits, so I risked and brought this one and honestly I’m not disappointed, it holds my weight plus additional 50kg when I workout (dumbbells) I don’t know the limit of this benches weight that can hold but seriously it’s very strong if you put it all together correctly and tighten every screw
