  I ordered two pairs of new sketchers, at almost £5 each for postage. I asked for combined postage and they knocked less than 50p off. They arrived in one large shoebox which cost less than £4.50 to post. One pair had 2 imperfections - some missing colour on the side and some thread hanging off. I contacted the seller 5 days ago explaining and asked for some money back for the postage and imperfections. I received no response. Very disappointed that they are trying to profit from postage fees.

  Hi , I find this a bit unfair as it is not mentioned that both shoes were discounted from the starting price and that both items were not mine it took an hour of my time to pick other shoes up so they could be posted TOGETHER as I thought it was nicer , also posted first class for speed and security , i take care of packaging items in clean new boxes not just wrapped in Tesco bags with tape I try and give the best service I can taking fees into account , I think a fair deal but sorry you don’t
