  This is only my 4th negative review of anyone in eighteen years. I made an offer to buy all three S&G's from them. The offer was $4 off for all three and free shipping. They accepted the offer but charged shipping anyway. I contacted them and they said the money was available in the transaction so they took it. Received the items and it wasn't what was pictured or descripted in the listing. Contacted them again and they actually argued that it WAS correct and I was wrong. I then contacted EBay

Could have been packed better (was shipped in just a bubble mailer so packaging arrived badly damaged, but beyblades themselves were fine and purchased to play with and not as collectables, so not a big deal for me and still giving 5 stars, but could be a big issue for others).
