    The item was OK but I requested a certain font, but received something else, when I messaged about it and sent a picture of proof, I was ignored so I put in a return request to least get my refund and order sonewhere else but before I could send back it got damaged so had no choice but to throw away, seller is rude as this was their mistake not mine and I was ignored so clearly know they did wrong so in a way I never received what I ordered

    Ordered 2x items as needed to customise shoes for a wedding, paid for 2 received 1, contacted seller who assured me they would send more out on the Monday. Zero contact from them since and no item received so far. Maybe need more attention to amount on the order form they get. I ordered in plenty of time to customise the items I need the purchase for but now its getting close to the deadline.
