Good massaging hammer
The hammer does exactly what is expected and described.
I'm using it after intensive workouts and runs.
I 've compared to a similar product from a friend and I which it could be a little bit stronger, in terms of hammering force, but it is still good enough.

Great addition to my HW-K450 sound bar
Hi,
First of all to achieve the best sound quality your should play a 5.1 DTS movie if if the sound bar is connected through SPDIF or 5.1 DTS/AC3 if the sound bar is connected connected through HDMI.
In any other case the sound volume of the whole system + the rear speakers is low (even by setting the rear speakers level to +6).
If you use it as a 5.1 described above it will upgrade the sound experience.

Good value and great product
We are using it on a weekly basis and it works as expected. Rolling without any single issue.
Great exercise for your Abs.
