You can find everything online
A lot of the information contradicts itself. If you are not already plant based it would be useful.
Not very useful if you are and have been plant based. No options for food allergies or gluten free. Doesn't really talk about 50/50 eating or any options.
Glad I bought it used.

Great Flavor
This is such a good date syrup. Wonderful flavor, a good substitute as a sweetener. Yummy on cereal or for baking. A healthy choice.
