    Great product as described, good Communication along the way A ++++++, one point to note the delivery service from Fedex absolutely shocking, they said they had tried to deliver the item twice despite someone being at home all day, and after repeat emails and trying to contact them on the phone......well.....that's another story, I had to visit my local Depot and get their phone number and actually ask where my parcel was!!....The item turned up ....eventually, .....Yaaaaaay !

Bag split wayy before full
Numatic Henry is a fantastic vacuum cleaner, capable of domestic and commercial use. I suggest that these bags are suited to light domestic cleaning. After sucking up some old powdered plaster I thought Henry sounded a bit different and found he'd spilled his guts out. The bag had broke. I've previously only used original Numatic made bags and it seems that these non-genuine ones give me reason to justify spending a bit more on genuines.
