Amazing advice
I am a children's mental health nurse and hear issues with routine, sleep, fussy eaters day in and out. My GP recommended this book to me after having my first baby. I was breastfeeding baby to sleep and as he became older this wasn't helping his sleep routine.
I read this book in two days and wish I read it whilst I was pregnant to help me understand some things that I have battled with baby as a new mum.
Now my baby sleeps through the night, in the day for naps and eats solids really well as well as receiving breast milk.
I will definitely be recommending this book in the future to friends, colleagues and clients. Thank you Lisa.
