Top quality receiver for very little!
This thing is inexpensive and fairly robustly made. It can turn any non-BT speaker or amplifier into a wireless solution.
The only caveat is occasionally it drops out and refuses to be connect with familiar devices. A simple re-pairing is all that's required and for the price I don't find this a problem at all but technophobes who find this sort of thing long-winded should be aware. It's never happened with mine but my girlfriends (which is a different model as denoted by the start up 'chime') has proven a wee bit shakier. Renaming it may or may not add to your woes as well, I always rename my Bluetooth bits n bobs.
Anyway - there's a similar device out there that provides transmission duties as well, doubling as a radio station basically. It therefore can add Bluetooth functionality to an older phone or mp3 lacking this. This may prove useful for some but is of course, twice the price!
This thing is great, I wouldn't have recommended to my partner if the last year or so of usage hadn't been almost completely incident-free. I feel from the build quality the radio components will go long before anything else does.

Worth a punt
I used this with an HDMI to DVI converter and it didn't work, but round my mates house without the converter it was fine.
( n.b. This doesn't really make any sense as DVI and HDMI are exactly the same protocol and technically nothing is being converted except the form factor, regardless I'd definitely recommend avoiding DVI as this means converting twice and might be problematic).
Anyway the only other point of note was that whilst the regular wii operation is fine I found the screen went black when using legacy games, like super mario 3. This implies that it might be touch and go for homebrew operation and may not work at all depending on the original output of the old games and the jiggery-pokery involved in scaling up to HDMI.
All that said for £4-£5 it is definitely worth a punt.

Good quality great value loom for balanced audio.
Seems well made, as well made as any other professional looms I use at work (and can't afford!) this is for home studio use with a mixer and octatrack, wanted to make sure everything was balanced and decent quality.
