Looked fine but didn’t work
I purchased this at the end of May, it looked all shiny and new, so I put it away in my kitchen without testing it. Upon it’s first use it didn’t work.
I contacted the company to tell them this and was asked to try various things, to no avail.
I was then told that they would arrange a pick up and a drop off of a new one (which I was happy with). There was then radio silence, i chased them up to find out when the new one would arrive. They then said that they weren’t going to replace it or refund me my money but that they wanted me to take it up with the manufacturer?
So, now they have my money and I have a faulty unit, I am in dispute with them now through PayPal.
Not a trustworthy company!

This arrived within 24hrs, in perfect working order.
So pleased with this, we had our first bake today and works like a treat!
