Blocks out sound well
0 of 1 found this helpful My husband is a police officer and a really light sleeper so needed something to block out the noice when trying to sleep in the day. These absolutely do the trick and he even recommended them to a colleague who was struggling to sleep. Box says single use by he manages to get about 4/5 uses before he needs a new pair
