  Seller messaged that he will only send the order after payment is cleared. After explaining to him how things work on eBay, I gave the option that he could cancel the order if he still insisted on waiting for the payment to clear. Then he tried to find my address to send the parcel to and eventually he found this. Got a notification in the end that the order was cancelled. Beware, you might be waiting a while due to his lack of understanding! Or maybe he will cancel if doesn’t meet his target!
