  The product was waaaaaaaay worse than the seller's description of the product as excellent. The product was packaged badly and arrived without important parts. The seller refused to make things right, but instead sent a cascade of emails denying responsibility. IMHO doing business with this seller is a mistake. BUYER BEWARE!!

  We’re truly disappointed by these dishonest claims. We stand by the vintage machine’s listed condition. It was our best machine to date. We requested photos to verify issues and offered a refund, but buyer refused to provide verification of their claims. Buyer also modified the original product with unknown third party parts before reporting problems, undermining their claims. We value fairness. We're a small family biz. This misrepresentation is detestable. Screenshots available upon request.
