  Item arrived broken in two. Seller not pleasant to communicate with. It was a Christmas present that I bought in early Nov had sent to a different family address to be wrapped so the 30 eBay refund period had expired. I didn’t know that but was informed by the seller in a condescending tone. The broken item may or may not have been his fault but his tone and response was pathetic and tacky. No refund and I’m relieved. He must need the £6. Good luck to him. Wouldn’t deal with him again.

  You demanded a refund even after leaving it for 2 months after the sale had ended. I don’t think anyone would have refunded you due to the elapsed time and your ‘claim’ that it was broken when it arrived. Take some responsibility with your purchases and check the condition as soon as they arrive. If you’re relieved of not receiving a refund then why the feedback? You need the £6 more it would seem, with all your moaning. Thanks for the good luck wishes, I won’t reciprocate. 🙂
