  I ordered a fabulous elephant, sadly it arrived with a broken trunk . So sad as only seen 1 similar . I think sellers maybe don't wrap glass with mases of wrap it needs .Thankyou Seller for what would have been a lovely gift but was given a refund immediately NO problem at all so I think that was Great and I appreciated messages and was so kind in reassuring a refund .
