  received my empty vodka bottle .received today .was smashed to bits. very poorly packaged .I'm a regular buyer in ebay of empty bottles and this is unacceptable .on receiving this I messaged the seller who said I had to contact royal mail ..I want a full refund from him .I also sent him photos of said bottle .I wouldn't buy off him again !!!!!!!

  Please be very aware of this buyer , sadly the item I sent must of been damaged in transit , not my fault , I have offered a full refund but buyer declined stating they would rather leave bad feedback . This is the only negative I have ever had and will always try to help with any sale I make . A full refund is still on offer if the buyer would kindly remove the unnecessary comments as this was royal mail delivery at fault , but i am willing to pay to help out. Even tho i am not to blame .
