    The cap turned up in good time and as described but when I took it out of the plastic packaging there was a dirty mark on the yellow rim. I did not want to leave negative feedback before contacting the seller, but sadly the message I sent to report the issue and photos of the dirty mark that I sent, were ignored. I have allowed a couple of weeks before leaving feedback and still haven’t had a response at all. The item was a great price, but the service has been somewhat lacking.

    Disappointed I was charged 5 separate delivery costs. Order came with 4 items in same parcel and one in another. Contacted seller to ask for combined postage and message was completely ignored. I understand things can be coming from separate warehouses but 4 items were in the one small package and should not have been charged postage individually for 4 items. Will put me off purchasing from seller again.
