  Rules of ebay I am on the understanding is once you bid you enter into contract and have to buy if win ...WHY IS IT NOT SAME FOR SELLERS ...I bid on item won bid paid postage and money for item ...hours later seller informed me they putting my money back has it would not benefit them I explained I was paying postage has well has for item and there was I think no starting bid ect ..and if wanted certain price should have put it. They have relisted it to sell once again .. I find this unfair ....
